Measuring Potential and Progress

Cambridge Primary offers four flexible assessment options, giving teachers the power to understand every child's potential, track their progress and share meaningful feedback with parents throughout the programme.

01 · Measure Potential
Cambridge Primary Insight is an on-screen baseline assessment that helps identify and diagnose learning needs and benchmark each learner's potential against students of a similar age.
02 · Provide Feedback
Teacher-led formative assessment guidance helps give meaningful feedback on skill development so learners can reflect on and improve their performance throughout the year.
03 · Monitor Progress
Cambridge Primary Progression Tests assess knowledge, skills and understanding in English, Mathematics and Science across Stages 3, 4, 5 and 6 at any time of year.
04 · Check Achievement
Cambridge Primary Checkpoint monitors performance at the end of the programme. Learners receive a statement of achievement and a diagnostic feedback report benchmarked internationally.
